After "going through the fire ourselves" at the Swiss Milling School, we now fully understand the real excitement, challenges and the high standards and professionalism set by the world renowned milling school. 

The SMS milling course was very challenging and comprehensive. It covered all classroom theory and practical at school mill. We were exposed to the latest grain processing technology and also gathered priceless experiences in school mill which is equipped with modern machinery & equipment, milling laboratory and Buhler Training Centre.
Besides milling (wheat, durum, oats or maize), we were exposed to nutrition, cereal, laboratory and baking).

The program included subjects such as flowsheet & machine technology, practical milling, pneumatic & electrical engineering, baking technology, plant engineering, laboratory, cereal and nutrition science.
