Baking Course - Principle of Bread, Noodles, Biscuits and Cake Making


Our annual Basic Baking Course on bread, noodles, biscuits and cakes was conducted from the 6th to 10th June'13 in RDCC. The objective of this course was to provide a basic understanding on the formulation, processing technology and evaluation techniques of bread, noodle, cakes and biscuits.

The session was highly intensive and laden with a plenty hands-on. After being charged up for a full week, both physically and interllectually, the training ended with an enjoyable tour to the Bread Museum and Chocolate Museum.
